We are actively working toward becoming in-network with all major insurance providers, including Medicaid and Medicare. At this time, we are in-network with CareSource, UMR, United Health, and Optum.
We offer private pay, sliding scale, and payment plan options to make services more affordable.

The first session is an intake appointment where we discuss your background, current concerns, and begin creating your treatment plan.
Individual therapy sessions are 60 minutes. Group services vary but are typically 1 - 1.5 hours. IOP services are 3 hours per session.
This is dependent on what’s best for you - weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed.
We serve ages 6 - 17 with lessons that include a shared pizza dinner, age-appropriate activities, and structured content focused on emotional and behavioral skill-building that follows an evidence-based curriculum.
Our in-person Anger Management Classes are limited to 10 participants and utilize psychoeducation and discussion-based learning. You'll learn to identify triggers, manage emotions, and build healthier communication skills in a supportive, structured setting. A certificate of completion is provided.
All groups are limited to a maximum of 10 clients for a supportive and manageable experience.
