We offer one-on-one therapy and individual counseling for clients of all ages, tailored to each individual’s goals and needs. We also provide virtual options for added convenience.

These engaging, age-specific youth psychoeducation groups are designed to help young participants develop emotional awareness, self-regulation, communication skills, and coping strategies. Activities are interactive and curriculum-based, blending learning with fun. 

Schedule: Every other Tuesday | 6:30 PM - 8 PM

Format: In-Person at the Columbia office

Cost: FREE

Join a free support group created specifically for veterans, led by a fellow veteran and counseling student from Lindsey Wilson College. This group offers a safe, understanding space to share experiences, build connection, and find support among peers who’ve walked similar paths. All veterans are welcome.

Cost: $75 per assessment

Format: In-Person and teletherapy

Insurance is accepted for mental health and substance use assessments; parenting assessments are private pay only.

We provide professional, individualized assessments for adults seeking support in the areas of:

- General mental health concerns, including options for anger management classes

- Substance use needs, with resources for individual counseling

- Parenting abilities or court-related referrals, with suggested parenting classes

These assessments are conducted in a compassionate, professional setting. Reports can be provided for personal insight or to meet agency/legal requirements.
