Our SUD IOP program is a 12-week structured group for individuals working toward recovery while maintaining their daily responsibilities. The focus is on helping clients understand what is contributing to their substance use and identifying the situations, emotions, and patterns that tend to increase risk. Clients learn how to respond differently in moments of stress or craving, with an emphasis on slowing reactions and making choices that support recovery over time. Treatment also includes relapse prevention work that helps clients recognize early warning signs and develop practical ways to stay grounded outside of sessions. Group provides a supportive environment where clients can be honest, be held accountable, and connect with others as they work toward lasting change.

Prior intake is required, and spots are limited as only six clients are accepted per group.
