Job description:

At As You Are Therapy Group LLC, we are hiring a full-time W2 counselor to join our hybrid practice. This role will primarily serve adult clients in individual therapy and is heavily grounded in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). All therapists and counselors in this role are expected to either have prior DBT training or be open to completing DBT training as part of their work with us.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid position with both in-person and telehealth sessions. Clinicians have flexibility in building their schedules, with the expectation of maintaining a full-time caseload of approximately 20-25 clients per week. Four-day work weeks are welcome.

Support & Structure

Clinicians receive:

• Monthly supervision and clinical consultation for case support and guidance
• Licensure supervision coverage up to $50 per week
• Ongoing investment in trainings, certifications, and professional development
• A small team environment with consistent collaboration and support
• All billing and insurance claims handled by the practice

Clinical Expectations & Standards

Clinicians will use SimplePractice for all documentation and client records. All clinical notes must be completed within 24 hours of each session. All services must be delivered in accordance with HIPAA regulations, with confidentiality and ethical practice as a required standard. Professionalism is expected in all areas of client care and communication. Reliability, consistency, clinical quality, kindness, and a nonjudgmental approach are the foundation of this practice. We hold clinicians to a high standard not only in documentation and compliance, but in the quality of care provided and the responsibility of genuinely helping clients move toward meaningful change.
