Our primary location offers a warm, welcoming space in a renovated home designed to feel more like a safe haven than a clinic. This location includes a dedicated group therapy room and hosts most of our in-person services, including:

• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Youth Psychoeducation Groups (ages 6–12 and 13–17)
• Parenting Classes
• Individual Therapy
• Adult Assessments (Mental Health, Substance Use, Parenting)

Our Lexington location is available by appointment only and is reserved for individual therapy sessions. This space offers a private, comfortable setting for one-on-one care for clients in the Lexington area. 

We also provide telehealth services across Kentucky for:

• Mental Health Intakes
• Individual Therapy Sessions

Telehealth allows clients to access high-quality care from the comfort of their home while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.
